At Photographer SaaS, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our photographer management platform.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, connect your Google Drive, or contact support. This includes:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and studio details.
• Authentication Data: OAuth tokens provided by Google to access your Drive folders.
• Client Data: Names and passcodes you generate for your clients.

2. How We Use Google Data

Our application requests access to your Google Drive to provide the core functionality of the service. Specifically:

• Folder Management: We create and manage specific folders on your Google Drive to store client photo galleries.
• File Listing: We retrieve lists of files within those specific folders to display them to your clients.
• File Upload: We allow you to upload photos directly from our dashboard to your connected Google Drive.

Note: We only access folders created by or explicitly connected to this application. We do not read or modify any unrelated files on your Google Drive.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use hosting and database providers (like Hostinger) to operate the service.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Your Choices

You can disconnect your Google Drive at any time via the admin dashboard. This will immediately revoke our access to your Google account tokens.
